Bookings

An online booking reserves an arrival window. The crew arrives within that window; the job itself may run past it.

Pricing

• The minimum pickup is $125 — for just a few small items. Anything more is priced by the load.
• Prices are for loading and hauling by volume — how much space your items take up in the truck.
• Heavy material (concrete, brick, dirt, roofing shingles) adds about $75 per quarter load. Location, or needing equipment, can add more.
• Anything with Freon — refrigerators, freezers, AC units, dehumidifiers — is $25 per item.
• We can't take tires, batteries, liquid paint or hazardous materials.
• Difficult access (long carries, several flights of stairs, tight crawlspaces) can add labor.
• Demolition labor is quoted separately from hauling.
• We confirm the final price before we load — in person, or by phone if you're not home. If it's more than you expected, you can say no.

Items we can't take

We don't take hazardous materials, including paint and solvents, chemicals, fuel, asbestos and medical waste. Tell us about anything unusual before we arrive.

Demolition

For demolition work, you're responsible for telling us about anything structural, anything being kept, and for having utilities to the work area shut off unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Rescheduling and cancelling

Please give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule when you can — but we understand plans change.
