Demolition in St. Louis, MO

Most demolition leaves you with a second problem: the debris. We do both halves — from a single shed to a full interior gut — and the mess is loaded on our truck before we leave.

What demolition includes

  1. Full interior guts

Down to the studs and subfloor, ready for your contractor.

  2. Selective deconstruction

Careful removal of just what's going, around what's staying.

  3. Interior demolition

Walls, drywall, flooring, ceilings and fixtures.

  4. Kitchen demolition

Cabinets, counters, backsplash, flooring and appliances out, ready for the remodel.

  5. Bathroom demolition

Tubs, showers, vanities, toilets, tile and subfloor.

  6. Deck demolition

Boards, framing, railings and stairs, taken down and hauled.

  7. Shed demolition

Wood and metal sheds, dismantled and removed with the contents.

  8. Hot tub removal

Cut down on-site when that's the only way out.

How it's priced

We tear it out. Then we haul it off.

Demolition is quoted per job — labor depends on what's coming down and how. Hauling the debris is priced by the load. Send photos and we'll give you a real number.

  • Permits handled

If your job needs a permit, we pull it. You don't have to deal with the city.

  • Tell us what stays

Mark what's structural, what's being reused, and what's off-limits. We plan around it.

  • Utilities first

Water, gas and electric to the area need to be shut off and capped before demo. Ask us if you're not sure.

Demolition questions

Do you do demolition?

Yes — full interior guts, selective deconstruction, interior demolition, kitchens, bathrooms, sheds, decks, hot tubs and more. If the job needs a permit, we handle it. The debris leaves with us in the same job.

Do you give estimates?

Yes, free. Send a quote request with photos and we'll get back to you with a price. For junk removal, the load prices on this site are your estimate, confirmed before we load.

How does junk removal pricing work?

By volume. The truck holds about 17 cubic yards, and you pay for how much of it your stuff fills — from $175 for a quarter load to $655 for the whole truck. Just a few small items? That's our $125 minimum pickup. Heavy materials, Freon items and difficult access can add to it. We confirm the final number before we load anything.

Do you remove construction debris?

Yes. Drywall, lumber, cabinets, flooring, fixtures and general remodel waste. Concrete, brick, dirt and shingles too — heavy materials add about $75 per quarter load, and location or equipment needs can add more.
