The fine print, not so fine
What can change the price.
None of this is hidden. If something on this list applies to your job, we'll say so before we start.
The minimum pickup is $125 — for just a few small items. Anything more is priced by the load.
Prices are for loading and hauling by volume — how much space your items take up in the truck.
Heavy material (concrete, brick, dirt, roofing shingles) adds about $75 per quarter load. Location, or needing equipment, can add more.
Anything with Freon — refrigerators, freezers, AC units, dehumidifiers — is $25 per item.
We can't take tires, batteries, liquid paint or hazardous materials.
Difficult access (long carries, several flights of stairs, tight crawlspaces) can add labor.
Demolition labor is quoted separately from hauling.
We confirm the final price before we load — in person, or by phone if you're not home. If it's more than you expected, you can say no.

How does junk removal pricing work?
By volume. The truck holds about 17 cubic yards, and you pay for how much of it your stuff fills — from $175 for a quarter load to $655 for the whole truck. Just a few small items? That's our $125 minimum pickup. Heavy materials, Freon items and difficult access can add to it. We confirm the final number before we load anything.
What size load do I need?
Rough guide: a couple of small items is our $125 minimum pickup. A few big pieces is a 1/4 load. A one-car garage is often a 1/2. A basement or a remodel's worth of debris is usually 3/4. Whole-house cleanouts and demolition jobs tend to fill the truck. Upload photos when you book and we'll tell you if you're off.
What is 17 cubic yards?
A full truck. Our box is 16 feet long, 7 feet wide and 4 feet tall — about 17 cubic yards, or seven to eight heaped pickup-truck beds.
What if I have more junk than I booked for?
No problem. We'll show you where it lands in the truck and give you the updated price before we load. You can add to the load or keep things back — your call.
Do you give estimates?
Yes, free. Send a quote request with photos and we'll get back to you with a price. For junk removal, the load prices on this site are your estimate, confirmed before we load.
