What we collect

When you book or request a quote, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, the job address, a description of the job, and any photos you upload. We use it to schedule, price and do the job, and to contact you about it.

Where it goes

• Our scheduling calendar (Google Calendar) holds your appointment details so our crew knows where to go.
• Our hosting provider stores booking records and photos.
• Email/SMS providers deliver confirmations and updates, if those are turned on.

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and see which parts of the site work. We don't send your name, phone, email or address to analytics tools.

Saved progress

The booking form saves your progress in your own browser (local storage) so you don't lose it if you leave the page. It's cleared when your booking goes through.
